HOW WE WORK

Meaningful change takes more than a good plan.

A shared goal, a dedicated lead and an expert team assembled around your needs. We structure our work together so that assessment, people development and practical implementation support the same change.

LEADING OUR WORK TOGETHER

A comprehensive programme. Clear ownership.

You do not need to coordinate separate coaches or reconcile disconnected development projects. We agree a shared direction, bring together the expertise that supports your goal and establish clear leadership for delivery.

The work can range from confidential executive discussions to an impact programme delivered by several experts. The size of the team and the way we work are determined by your needs, not by a standard package.

01 / THE WHOLE PROGRAMME

A dedicated programme lead

A named lead oversees Rokmind’s delivery, coordinates the experts’ contributions and stays in contact with your responsible people. They prepare joint reviews, raise issues requiring a decision and keep the goal, agreed responsibilities and next steps visible.

02 / EXPERTISE

A team built around your needs

We assemble complementary expertise for the task, for example in strategy, boards and executive teams, culture, communication or commercial development. Roles, preparation and a shared understanding of the situation are agreed in advance. You receive one coordinated programme, not a disconnected list of coaches.

03 / IMPLEMENTATION

Clear responsibilities in your organisation

Your leadership team owns the change and makes the decisions. Together we agree the sponsor, day-to-day contacts, participants and decision points, and how managers will take the work into everyday practice. Rokmind strengthens this capability and supports implementation; leadership responsibility is not outsourced.

FROM GOAL TO IMPLEMENTATION

How we build our work together.

The content is tailored. The process is not left to chance. These questions guide both focused projects and long-term programmes.

01

What needs to change?

We start with a need arising from your business, strategy or organisational purpose. We define what should be different in leadership, collaboration or the customer experience. The goal is focused before the approach is chosen.

We also agree the conditions for success: decision-making authority, responsibilities, time and support. A shared goal is more than a number of training days.

02

Where are we really starting from?

We combine existing information, interviews, observations and assessments suited to the situation. The question determines the method, not the other way round. We consider both strengths worth preserving and the changes that matter most.

Board Mindset Index™ and Leadership Team Success Index™ (LTSI™) can support a shared understanding of a board or executive team. Other questions may call for culture and employee data, 360° feedback or assessments of communication and interaction. We interpret the information together rather than drawing conclusions about an entire organisation from a single result.

03

What combination will serve the goal?

We create a development plan and assemble the team required. Workshops, training, executive coaching, facilitation, assessments and experiments at work are selected for the purpose they serve.

The work connects with your existing strategy and leadership routines and HR practices. A larger programme may move from a shared leadership direction to selected pilots and then to implementation across units. What already works is not rebuilt. Different groups may need different content, while retaining a shared goal, terminology and approach to monitoring progress.

04

How does learning transfer into real work?

We work with participants’ actual decisions, conversations and leadership situations. Insights become practice, experiments and feedback. Individual coaching supports the same change as the shared development work.

The learning cycle connects understanding, insight, practice, application, coaching and development. The aim is for effective practices to remain in use without continuous support from a coach.

05

How do we keep the whole programme on track?

In joint reviews, your responsible people and Rokmind’s programme lead examine agreed actions, observations, feedback and the conditions for implementation. Obstacles, changes to timing and additional needs are addressed before the next stage. Every review ends in decisions: what to continue, what to adjust and who owns the next step.

Shared preparation, agreed materials and documented decisions support consistent delivery and smooth handovers between experts. The project team shares information relevant to its work within agreed access permissions. How assessment results are handled and the level of detail in reporting are agreed at the outset. The content of individual coaching conversations is not shared in project reporting.

06

How will we recognise impact?

We return to the baseline, goal and evidence agreed at the beginning. Changes in behaviour, how well work flows and the intended value are examined separately. Repeat assessments, interviews and operational measures can complement one another.

A 90-day review period, for example, gives progress a rhythm. It does not promise every result within that time. Together we decide what to continue, change, expand or stop, and how learning becomes part of your own leadership practices.

LONG-TERM WORK IS MORE THAN A LONG CALENDAR

Capability that stays with you.

Our aim is not to increase your reliance on external experts. We strengthen a shared language, leadership practices and the ability to learn from your own work.

In a larger programme, different experts and participant groups may work in parallel. A shared development agenda, dedicated lead and follow-up connect their work into a coherent whole.
